Trauma, Tension and Stress Relieving exercises

When we have experiences that are too much for us to handle at the time, our bodies & mind can take those experiences and compartment them away for later processing. In today’s world we are met with more than we can handle never giving ourselves the opportunity to process. When we are not able to process our body will keep storing away those thoughts, feelings, and emotions until they must surface sometimes in the guise of pain, tension, overwhelming stress. TRE is a way to restore our natural ability to deal with these pressures. There are 7 simple exercises that can be modified to all bodies that prepare the body to begin to “shake” off all those unprocessed emotions, thoughts, and experiences.

TRE can be done 1:1 with your certified provider or in a group setting. Most sessions take anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes.
