Trauma, Tension and Stress Relieving exercises (TRE)
When we experience more than we can handle in a given moment, our mind and body often store those experiences away for later processing. In today’s fast-paced world, we rarely slow down long enough to truly process what we’ve been through. Instead, our system keeps tucking away unprocessed thoughts, feelings, and emotions—until they eventually surface as pain, tension, or overwhelming stress.
Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) help restore the body’s natural ability to release and recover from these pressures. Through seven simple, adaptable exercises, TRE gently prepares the body to begin “shaking off” stored stress and unresolved emotions, allowing for greater balance, ease, and resilience.
TRE can be done 1:1 with a certified provider or in a group setting. Most sessions take anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes.
