Pricing:

TRE Private Session: book 3 (45 to 60 minute) sessions and pay $250 or $100 for a single session. In-person or online.

TRE Group Session (45 to 60 minutes): $45.00 per person.

Yoga: private instruction for 1 - 4 people $75 per hour. For 5 or more people please add $15 per person.

Once Upon a Mat: 1 to 4 participants, $100 per hour. For 5 or more please add $25 per person.

1:1 Coaching: pricing will be set up after a free consultation.

*For TRE sessions a sliding scale for payment may be offered.
